Since 1989, D'Orica's founder Giampietro Zonta has worked on consolidating all of the company's activities in international markets. This year, D'Orica is building further on Zonta's ambitions and, through motivation and drive, intends to affirm its own prestigious reputation in the jewellery business.
Zonta's wife, Daniela Raccanello, is responsible for the in-house creative workshop, where jewellery is created by utilising gold finishing techniques that add splendour and radiance to the pieces. The ‘Opera' collection was recently enriched with two new lines – ‘Magico Potere' and ‘Attrazione Fatale' – featuring designs inspired by fairy tales and exuberant emotions. In addition to participating in international fairs such as those in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Las Vegas and the Vicenza shows, in 2008 D'Orica is setting its sights on new creative strategies that will draw together all of the latest global market trends. Distribution of the collections, in Italy and overseas, is carried out by a network of wholesalers.
